Darnum Musical Village
A musical journey to the past, present and future. Experience a unique insight into the finely crafted musical instruments. Located just off the Princes Hwy in Darnum, the Darnum Musical Village is nestled in the foothills of the beautiful Strzelecki Ranges.

Albert Fox’s unique collection of antique instruments is housed at the Darnum Musical Village, open to the public every day of the year (except Christmas Day and Good Friday) from 10am to 4pm.
Guided tours take in exhibits in the auditorium, piano showroom, church and cottage. Visitors can experience playing some of the exhibits as tour guides explain the history of different pieces. Each instrument has been preserved as a result of a lifetime commitment to music.

A visit to the restoration workshop gives a unique insight into the fine crafts preserved at the Village. You can see craftsmen repairing and restoring pianos, pianolas, reed organs and other antiques. Watch the piano technicians at work and see the art of French Polishing.
Light refreshments are available. Visitors are also welcome to bring a picnic hamper or just relax on the village green
